Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a quaint log cabin feel with easy access to the park, but they felt a bit cramped, especially the bathrooms. The service was exceptional, although there was a minor inconvenience with document registration. The location couldn't have been better for visiting the Plitvice Lakes National Park, but the surroundings lacked charm. Dining was decent, but the timing didn't align well for early morning excursions, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rustic charm and authentic feel were lovely, some issues with the windows and doors affected the functionality of the room. The balcony with a bathtub was a unique touch, but the room appeared larger in photos than in reality.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable with a wonderful bed and linens. The private hot tub on our balcony was a great touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing our experience. The location was excellent, especially for visiting Plitvice Lake National Park. However, the issues with windows and doors affected the room's functionality. The dining experience was good, but it could get crowded at times. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel is a bit far from main entrances but near the 3rd less used, offering excellent, friendly staff. You could walk straight into the park, and it's the most important reason you stay here. The rooms are clean and go for 250€ per night room only, which I wasn't happy about with packing and unpacking with family. The service, with such poor skills in managing his guests and towels, was excellent, so very friendly and helpful. The dining, compared with other establishments in the area, was decent but not as good as other places we stayed. The location is near Plitvice park, above the Big waterfall area of the lakes, and so close to the National Park, great for chilling out after a whole day walking.
The hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms were small under the old attic roof with a terribly stinking bathroom, not worth the overpriced cost. However, the service was exceptional with staff going out of their way to make our stay great.
Staying at the hotel was a convenient experience as it was just a few steps away from the entrance to the N°3 park, making it accessible for our family with a child. The rooms were spacious enough, which was crucial for our stay. However, the mobility of some furniture was a bit concerning.
